Required Skills:
Linux System Administrator
Running Security Scans
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues with Elastic products such as Grafana and Kibana
Experience with Atlassian products such as Confluence for documentation and Jira for workflow management and ticketing
Provisioning virtual machine resources utilizing AWS
TPAM for account management
Experience using OME for planned and unplanned outage coordination
Triage, track, collaborate on and facilitate Help Desk tickets
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

Desired Skills:
Technical degree from an accredited college
Strong desire and willingness to learn
Ability to take initiative and drive through sound best practices and technical acumen
Ability to collaborate and coordinate with coworkers of varying skills, labor categories and competencies
