Product Manager – Product Development Department (Toys, Arts & Crafts, Consumer Products)

Help bring innovative toys to market!

We're growing our Product Development team and looking for a hands-on Product Manager who thrives on organization, collaboration, creativity, trends and turning ideas into successful children’s products. We are looking for someone with previous experience in toy, craft, or related consumer product categories. This role is for managing physical products sold in top retailers worldwide.

Working closely with our U.S., France, and Asian teams, you'll help manage products from concept through launch while supporting research, product planning, commercial readiness, product analysis, and cross-functional communication.


🚀 What You'll Do:

✔ Help manage the product lifecycle from concept through retail launch

✔ Coordinate project milestones, identify risks or information gaps. Continuously improving speed to market and data accuracy

✔ Organize and prepare product line lists, product specifications, production briefs and commercial information

✔ Support seasonal line planning and sales materials

✔ Conduct trend and market research for competitive analysis

✔ Analyze product performance, sales insights, and category opportunities

✔ Manage product samples, organize supplies and arrange sample orders for customers, tradeshows, and marketing


✅ We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years in Product Management or Brand Management experience for toys, crafts, or related category

• Consumer products experience (toy industry preferred)


• Degree in Marketing or related field


• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Additional Adobe software experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and project coordination skills

• Passion for consumer products, innovation, and continuous improvement

• Experience working with testing & compliance teams to ensure products are safe, labeled properly and meet all requirements

• Strong eye for emerging trends across social media, retail packaging, and consumer products

• Interest to work on both boy and girl-leaning brands and products

• Creative skills to assist with samples, product demonstration, and visuals
