Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Machine Operator Spot Welding
Learn to operate spot-welding machines with the support of the company. You’ll load metal sheets into the machine, monitor the robotic arm's work, check the quality of parts, and stack products. This role involves repetitive motions and standing for the duration of your shift.
  • Warehouse Logistics
Work with your hands in a fast-paced environment, collecting and loading parts while learning the facility's logistics. You’ll gather finished parts, load them into carriers, and deliver them to the main plant. Help unload tools and materials to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Stamping Machine Operators
Jump into a high-energy department where you’ll learn about the plant’s stamping processes. Catch and quality check metal pieces exiting the machines, and stack them consistently for delivery to the welding department. You’ll play a key role in keeping production flowing smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license and car insurance to pass Toyota plant security. If you don’t drive, you’ll need a licensed and insured driver to transport you.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment with long shifts (10-12 hours).
  • Must be able to work in an environment that requires standing, bending, and moving materials.
  • Steel-toe boots (or ability to purchase them).
  • Able to attend orientation at 6:30 AM on your first day.
  • Vehicle transportation required—no bus service to the location.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday! (Saturdays may be necessary)
  • 1st Shift- 6:30AM - 3:45PM (Shift times can vary, there are times you might work as late as 6:30PM)
  • 2nd Shift- 6:30PM - 3:45AM (Shift times can vary, there are times you might work as late as 6:30AM)
Pay Rate:
  • 1st Shift- $16/Hour
  • 2nd Shift- $17/Hour
Company Incentives:
