Job description

Description

Howdy, partner! The design team has dreamed up some out-of-this-world costume concepts, and now it's time to bring them from Andy's room to the real world. As Associate Costume Designer, you'll help turn approved designs into complete, accurate, and factory-ready technical packages that make production say, "There's a snake in my boot...  and every detail is just right!" In this role, you'll focus on technical execution, detail-oriented problem solving, and teamwork worthy of the whole toy box. You'll translate creative concepts into clear, organized tech packs so our factory partners know exactly how to sample and produce each piece-no mixed-up parts or missing accessories allowed. You'll work side-by-side with Senior Designers, Product Development, and Graphic Design to ensure every costume moves smoothly from concept to final form. Communication is key, collaboration is everything, and accuracy is your trusty sidekick. If you're ready to help bring designs to life with precision, teamwork, and a little bit of toy-box magic, then grab your badge and join the crew-because this role is going to infinity and beyond!
