**$3,000 Sign-on Bonus!!**


Lakes Gas Dock Worker will primarily be working in the elements assisting customers by filling and loading cylinder tanks, preparing and maintaining company tanks for field and customer usage and helping provide plant maintenance at specific locations. Person must be able to follow specific detailed procedures to ensure compliance and be able to work with minimal supervision in accordance with published and verbal standards, guidelines, policies and procedures. Person will be trained on how to handle propane and other hazardous materials while completing job duties. Person must demonstrate a safety-minded attitude that is aware of surroundings. Job duties include transferring cargo from dock to trailers or pickups safely and efficiently, securing loads and maintaining work environment including company equipment, propane tanks, groundskeeping and building maintenance.

Bonus Terms

*You will receive $1,000 after (3) months of employment ; After successfully completing (6) months of employment you will receive an additional $2,000. Must be employed and in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.

Requirements:
  • Must wear heavy coated safety gloves when handling propane gas.
  • Eye protection must be worn when power tools are being utilized
  • Must be capable of working in extreme temperatures, humidity and other environmental conditions as the majority of job functions are outdoors in the elements.
  • Must have physical dexterity in limbs, be able to bend, scrape and paint tanks either manually or with use of power equipment
  • Must be able to normally articulate the back: Bend, twist, rotate, squat and perform regular movements
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)
  • Must have the ability to read, interpret, and understand the English language to understand task, procedures, product labels, work orders informational and warning signage.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly both in written format and verbally in the English language
  • This position is tobacco and alcohol free at all times.
