Purity Dairies is looking for a Case Dock Laborer for our Nashville facility.

Purity Dairyhas immediate job openings for a Case Dock Laborer to perform all-purpose duties, which may includeensuring empty cases are available to production departments to meet production schedules. Maintain and clean all equipment in assigned area, slide case stacks from truck using milk hook or pallet jack as appropriate, ensure conveyor tracks are filled with empty cases to prevent production delays, and confirm empty case area is full of cases at end of shift to help next shift with production run. Case Dock Laborerwill be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicate effectively with all departments.

  • Monday - Friday 10 pm- 6:30 am Saturdays as needed.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience preferred but not required.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend virtually the entire shift.
  • Must be able to lift- up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary.
  • Must be able to work in a wet environment.
  • May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Be able to legibly write entries for record keeping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
