Job description

We are currently looking for a Full Time Tourism Social Media Manager to join our Tourism Sub Area team located at the Exhibit C working 8:00AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.
Summary:
The Tourism Social Media Manager supports marketing and communications efforts designed to promote Chickasaw Country as the top First American tourism destination by supporting and fulfilling the strategy, execution, monitoring and community-building efforts for the Chickasaw Nation Department of Tourism
Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Manages and oversees the online reputation of all Chickasaw Nation social media accounts
- Ensures content is informative, accurate and appealing
* Develops and manages social media campaigns including content, timelines, feedback, results, statistics and reports
* Communicates with our social media audiences and responds to messages and comments in a timely and appropriate manner
* Design, instigate and optimize paid social media
* Monitor, analyze, forecast paid social media budget
* Prepares special reports, or assists and/or leads other special projects as assigned
* Cultivate and sustain cooperative relationships across different divisions, departments, and external entities
* Maintains an environment that implements best practices and promotes continuous improvement
* Assists with department-wide projects within communications as needed
* Develop integrated marketing plans
* Performs all other duties as assigned
