In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, provides expert guidance on our products and services, and ensures an exceptional shopping experience. Your enthusiasm for Travel sales, combined with your strong customer service skills, will help drive sales growth through the use of a predictive dialer and CRM. In addition you will foster lasting relationships with our valued clients. This is a commission based position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in phone sales, and the travel industry. Our average sales reps generate 2-4 sales daily. Each sale is paid a 25% commission. Average sales are between $399 and $799.

Our Call center can be an incredible opportunity for the right person. We offer Cash Payouts. After your 2 weeks of success you may also qualify for weekly salary. This will require a sales quota to be met. The atmosphere is really laid back here. You can take smoke breaks when you need, get up and stretch when you feel the need to. Play with the house Mascot Fey! The sweetest retriever mix female dog you will meet. Typically 3 days out of the week our owner provides steak dinners, hamburgers, hot dogs, soda cookouts. Sales Spiffs, and other cool advantages of working here. Two shifts available: 9:30AM to 3PM and 3PM to 8:30PM. Things to know for call center pros: We dial fresh Leads always. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a lively and approachable manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable vacation packages.
  • Understand the vacation package and the available trips that you can offer.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of how the sale works, the workflow, the process, and the value.
  • Utilize Dialer, Payment Gateway, and Customer management software to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Support customers with questions about vacation package and how to book them.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Show up to your shift on time. Be punctual. Stay until your shift is over.
  • Dress appropriately, but as relaxed as possible. No dress code, but clean is manadatory!

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in phone sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
  • Basic math skills, including proficiency with retail math and 10-key typing for quick transaction processing
  • Familiarity with dialer (Dialedin - Readymode) and zoho crm is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple task at once while working under pressure.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, but you may move around the sales floor comfortably.

Prices ranging from $399 to $1,399. Your commission is 25% of sale. You will be calling paid leads on an auto dialer and your anticipated calls daily are approximately 150-200 calls. you will require to have some working knowledge of computers to handle the input of customer info and the dialer via the CRM. We offer cash payouts for commission and you can work your way into a salaried position + commission. We are interested in Phone Pros only, preferably closers as we want you to have the ability to close your own deals.
