Job Description

This job's primary purpose is to enter tour guest information into the computer and assist sales representatives with their appointments.

Essential duties and responsibilities include: 

  • Run reports at end of day for manifest.
  • Enter tour guest information into computer.
  • Input salespeople for daily attendance.
  • Write and enter VAC-PAC appointments.
  • Assist with progress reports.
  • Take invitations to gift room and sales floor.
  • Locate sales representatives and making sure that they have picked up their tours.
  • Dispense telephone messages.
  • Assist other sales departments as needed.
