Job description

The SeniorPeople and CultureCoordinator supports the implementation of programs, is a culture champion and has credible knowledge in the areas of HR excellence for Milhouse and its family of companies. TheSeniorPeople & CultureCoordinatorwillbe responsibleforleadingvariousP&Cfunctions, including onboarding, talent management, employee relations, and compliance.

What you will do:
  • Leadson-boarding activities and facilitation of the new hire experience for Milhouse Family of Companies
  • Implements programs to help achieve the company business goals and objectives, desired culture, and overall team member experience
  • Leads contact for immigration concerns and processing
  • Coordination and administrative responsibilities for employee relations activities and performs as a partner or credible resource to inquiries into the People and Culture team
  • Assistin the execution of training and talent development programs, including onboarding support, documentation of processes, and promoting continuous improvement and professional growth
  • Builds and maintains relationships collaboratively within the organization (leaders and team members) by providing a high level of customer service and value-added support
  • Supports the performance management cycles
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Performs as a people champion and a culture brand ambassador in partnership with P&C leadership to support communications are reflective of the companyโ€™s cultural identity
  • Supports internal and external audit requests
  • Prepare various ad hoc reports and support ad hoc projects as needed
Who you are:
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Human Resources or related field and/or 6+ years relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of core Human Resources practices, including onboarding, employee relations, talent management, performance management, compliance, and multi-state employment regulations
  • Understanding of immigration processes and documentation requirements (I-9, visa coordination, compliance tracking)
  • Knowledge of employee experience, engagement, and culture-building best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), HRIS systems, and Deltek VantagePoint or similar ERP platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and provide high-touch support to leaders and employees
  • Ability to analyze HR data, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision making
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee matter
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify needs, recommend improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives

$65,000 - $75,000 a year

The actual base pay depends upon many factors, such as education, experience, and skills. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
