Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The Merchandise Planning and Insights Analyst will support the team through business analysis, reporting and actionable insights to help inform merchandising decisions across Garnet Hill Apparel and Home businesses.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is remote; you must reside in one of the following states to be considered: New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine or Massachusetts. This role may require you to be on site at our Franconia or Exeter, New Hampshire office as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze merchandise performance across apparel and home to identify trends
  • Support planning team through data preparation, analysis and scenario modeling
  • Maintain recurring reporting and planning tools
  • Assist in developing analyses that communicate findings and insights
  • Utilize business intelligence tools that supports planning organization

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising or related field
  • Experience with business intelligence, reporting and data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Curious, detail-oriented and eager to learn the merchandise planning function
