Summary
The Tortilla Cook is a hands-on role responsible for crafting fresh, handmade tortillas daily to support kitchen needs. This position involves operating tortilla equipment, and ensuring consistent quality and output throughout each shift. The Tortilla Cook also helps maintain a clean, organized workspace and supports broader kitchen prep as needed.

Core Responsibilities
•       Create Tortilla and monitor tortilla quality for consistency in size, texture, and color.
•       Maintainpace to meet kitchen demand throughout service.
•       Keep the tortilla station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
•       Assist with general kitchen prep tasks as assigned.
•       Perform station breakdown and cleaning at end of shift.

 Skills
•       Prior tortilla-making experience a plus.
•       Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume kitchen environment.
•       Attention to detail and commitment to consistent product quality.
•       Ability to stand for up to 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
•       Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and a clean-as-you-go mentality.
