As our Production Assembler, you will:
  • Prepare materials and components needed for assembly operations.

  • Assemble products and components according to production schedules and established procedures.

  • Utilize hand tools, air tools, measuring devices, gauges, torque wrenches, and testing equipment.

  • Perform inspections during and after assembly to ensure all specifications and quality standards are met.

  • Test completed units to verify proper operation and functionality.

  • Cross-train and perform work at multiple production stations as needed.

  • Identify and communicate product quality concerns to leads and assist with problem resolution.

  • Use calibration and testing equipment accurately and effectively.

  • Follow material replenishment processes to support production flow.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Properly dispose of waste materials and follow all safety procedures.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Your base wage will be between $19.00 - $22.13 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You'll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
