POSITION TITLE: Teen Outreach Program (TOP) and Teen Connection Project (TCP) Specialist
REPORTS TO: Teen Outreach Program and Teen Connection Project Site Coordinator
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:
The TOP and TCP Specialist is a member of the Wyman TOP and TCP local program team and is responsible for effective implementation of TOP and TCP programming in the University City and Ferguson Florissant School Districts.
The TOP and TCP Specialist implements the programs to participants; implements the program with fidelity, consistent with the logic model and training; supports effective integration of the programs to the partner sites; is responsible for maintaining costs within the approved budget(s); and supports data collection, evaluation and continual quality improvement of the program.
This is a grant-funded position.
FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
Essential Functions
  1. Delivery of programs in accordance with Wyman's mission, vision, core values, theory of change, and logic model.
  2. Implements high-quality, fidelity TOP and TCP programming, including program planning, implementation and documentation. Supports enrollment targets based on MOUs with partner sites.
  3. Facilitates TOP Clubs and TCP Groups each week in-school at partner sites.
  4. Supports on-going communication, planning and continuous quality improvement sessions with partner site.
  5. Cultivates and maintains relationships with community service learning sites to support TOP activities.
  6. Utilizes Apricot database and program trackers for all program data, including continuous documentation of services. Uses Apricot to actively monitor key organizational benchmarks and ensure implementation of program evaluation and continual quality improvement activities.
  7. Facilitates all programming within established budget parameters; and oversees care, management, and security of Wyman resources and supplies.
  8. Assist in the collection and reporting of needed performance and grant data.
  9. Supports Wyman Leaders programming during summer when TOP and TCP is not facilitated.
  10. Support other Wyman local program delivery as needed.
  11. Ensure compliance with all standards and procedures required for TOP and TCP, including Council on Accreditation.
  12. Engage in professional development to maximize Wyman's ability to enhance programs to meet changing needs and align with best practice by supporting ongoing programmatic development.
  13. Promote Wyman's mission through brand messages, content development, attendance at meetings and conferences and other available channels as outlined in an annual plan.
