Job description

SVS Group currently has a full time Customer Service position with one of our clients in the S. Phoenix near Sky Harbor Airport.

Shift is Monday - Friday 6am - 3pm.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily inbound phone calls from customer with customer service and technical questions
  • Working with technicians in the field to help walk them through trouble shooting for installations
  • Data entry and updating clients' accounts with resolution
  • Run reports as needed for management team
  • Following with clients to ensure product is working correctly

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service
  • Inbound call center customer service
  • Technically savvy with strong computer skills
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
