Data Verification Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
Tempe, AZ LHH is currently seeking a detail-focused Data Verification Specialist for a growing organization in Tempe, Arizona. This contract-to-hire opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with large amounts of information, have strong analytical skills, and take pride in producing accurate work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling numerical data, navigating multiple computer systems, and maintaining a high level of precision in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
  • Accurately review, update, and maintain information across company databases and internal systems
  • Audit records for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
  • Research and resolve data discrepancies by comparing information from multiple sources
  • Process incoming documents and ensure information is entered correctly and timely
  • Generate and organize reports for internal departments as needed
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure records are properly documented
