We are seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team at City Fish Market!

City Fish Market offers a wide selection of expertly-prepared, fresh fish and seafood, accompanied by a nautical ambiance next to a lake in Boca Raton, Florida. Our menus have a great variety of dishes from seafood classics such as Fish & Chips, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, to a wide selection of fresh catch that can be prepared to guests taste.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations of desserts, pastries, and baked goods
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Assist in the development of menu items and specials
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Work with management to create exceptional guest experience


Qualifications:

  • 2 years Previous experience in culinary arts with expertise in the pastry station.
  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
