The Downhole Tool Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining the excellence of Fortress Downhole Tools. They work closely with customer field representatives to coordinate and execute tool-related tasks, ensuring a seamless experience. This position involves a range of responsibilities, from tool maintenance and recycling to effective communication and operational management.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute Cyclops Setting Tool pickup and delivery, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Wash, disassemble, and rebuild Fortress Cyclops Setting Tools according to work instructions, under supervision.
  • Utilize iFortress software to report on the Fortress Cyclops Recycling Program, maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment and tools are in good condition and readily available for job requirements.
  • Assist in tool delivery and pickup as needed, providing a reliable and responsive service.
  • Maintain a professional and ethical work ethic, demonstrating honesty and integrity in all interactions.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with customer field representatives to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Manage operational tasks with efficiency, utilizing problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
  • Stay updated with Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office, and Prophet 21 ERP for seamless digital operations.
