Imagry seeks a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to support Imagry’s Marketing Director. 


The focus will be on elevating our brand's presence in Japan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, translating, and implementing innovative social media strategies to increase our company's visibility, engage our audience, and ultimately make our brand famous in the digital space. This is an opportunity to work at an international company that develops cutting-edge autonomous-driving software for passenger vehicles and mass transit buses.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and inform strategy

· Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and follower growth

· Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and inform future strategies

· Identify and suggest relevant industry conferences and events based on market research

· Translate and adapt the company’s English-language materials (one-pagers, presentations, Web pages, posts, etc.) to Japanese

· Serve as an interpreter in virtual/in-person meetings with Japanese prospects

· Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms in Japan

· Suggest engaging, high-quality content, including posts, stories, and videos, tailored to each platform

· Monitor social media platforms and digital industry news to serve as a basis for retweets, reposts, and comments.

· Monitor website traffic for SEO/SEM purposes to optimize content and improve visibility

· Suggest relevant accompanying graphics to enhance posts and engagement

· Brainstorm campaign ideas that align with marketing goals and audience interests

· Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to enhance content creation and social media management processes

Qualifications:

· Good command of English for communication and research purposes

· Excellent Japanese written and verbal communication skills

· Analytical skills to identify trends in the market and the effectiveness of marketing endeavors

· Scope of Work: 15-25 hours a week.

· Willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-powered marketing tools

· Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, video editing software, Office Suite, and AI tools is a plus
