What You'll Do:
THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION. PART-TIME SCHEDULE: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am -5:15pm. Every Saturday 8:15am-12:15pm. Flexibility to work Tuesday and Thursday, if needed.
As a valued member of the retail banking team, you will play a key role in supporting banking operations and contributing to important decisions. Tellers works in a fast-paced, engaging environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will project a professional image and while serving as the face and voice of our organization. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to build relationships, get to know our clients, and support their financial well-being by offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other avenues.
  • Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
  • Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations.
  • Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
  • Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
