Pay: $20.50–$26.00 per hour DOE
Employees are eligible for wage review following successful completion of probation, required training, demonstrated competency, and agency placement requirements.
Schedule: 15–25 hours per week (depending on location)
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Occasional evening and weekend events may be required.

Bridge Coordination Services (BCS) is seeking a compassionate, professional, and resilient Victim Coordinator to provide trauma-informed support to victims of crime while working alongside law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, and community partners.
This position is embedded within a law enforcement environment and serves as a critical link between victims, investigators, prosecutors, and community resources. Victim Coordinators help ensure victims receive information, support, advocacy, and referrals throughout the criminal justice process.

What You'll Do
- Provide direct victim advocacy, support, and referrals
- Assist with safety planning and protection order resources
- Help victims understand and navigate the criminal justice process
- Coordinate communication between victims, law enforcement, and prosecutors
- Maintain accurate case documentation and reports
- Participate in community outreach, education, and training efforts

Victim Coordinators routinely work with individuals experiencing crisis, trauma, grief, fear, anger, and uncertainty. The position may involve exposure to difficult case information and emotionally challenging situations.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse populations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain professionalism within a law enforcement environment
- Ability to effectively manage exposure to trauma-related information
