This position is full-time and working a hybrid schedule (Tue -Th in office) Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Purpose of Your Work:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst dedicated to supporting a large enterprise customer. This role blends supply chain analytics, business intelligence reporting, and TMS technical support into a customer-facing position supporting day-to-day transportation operations, reporting, and system support.
The analyst will work closely with Redwood operations, technology teams, and customer stakeholders to support reporting, troubleshoot issues, improve visibility, and help drive operational performance across a large inbound transportation network.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical aptitude, technical curiosity, and an interest in transportation systems, reporting, and operational problem solving.
What You'll Lead
Customer-Facing Reporting and Analytics
  • Support recurring operational and financial reporting for an enterprise customer
  • Assist with dashboard development and reporting enhancements in Power BI and Snowflake.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis related to transportation operations, carrier performance, and service trends.
  • Help turn complex operational data into actionable insights for internal teams and customers.
  • Support KPI reporting tied to service, cost, supplier compliance, ASN performance, and operational execution.

TMS Technical Support & System Operations
  • Support day-to-day TMS and reporting issue resolution.
  • Assist with troubleshooting shipment, ASN, visibility, and integration issues across TMS, ERP, YMS, and reporting systems.
  • Help monitor failed transactions and support issue resolution workflows through Zendesk.
  • Support user onboarding, training materials, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Support maintenance of customer-owned carrier contracts, routing guides, and rating structures within the TMS.
  • Assist with carrier setup, contract updates, and troubleshooting routing or rating issues impacting operations or reporting.

Customer & Operational Support
  • Participate in customer meetings and operational reviews with GE stakeholders.
  • Respond to reporting requests and support follow-up on operational issues.
  • Build strong relationships with operations teams, planners, warehouses, and customer users.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on visibility, reporting, and execution.

Data Quality & Process Improvement
  • Validate shipment, carrier, and operational data accuracy across systems.
  • Identify trends, reporting gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Help document KPI logic, reporting requirements, and support processes.
  • Support automation and reporting efficiency initiatives.
  • Validate carrier and routing data accuracy across TMS and reporting systems.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, transportation operations, or technical support.
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, 3PL, or TMS environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, or similar tools preferred
  • Experience working with transportation rating structures, routing guides, carrier contracts, or TMS configuration preferred.
  • Understanding of transportation operations, carrier management, and shipment rating logic preferred
  • Candidates with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with transportation management systems such as MercuryGate / Infios preferred.

Compensation Range:
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000
This position is eligible to earn quarterly incentives based on individual and company performance.

The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.
