Job description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Workers / Therapists to join their Adult Behavioral Health team in Southgate, MI. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about crisis intervention, mental health advocacy, and community-based behavioral healthcare.

Schedule

  • Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Flexible scheduling available
  • Some evening and weekend hours required
  • No regular on-call, but after-hours crisis support participation available with additional stipend


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide crisis screening, assessment, and intervention services
  • Deliver behavioral health support via telehealth and in-person care
  • Coordinate care plans and determine appropriate treatment services
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and community providers
  • Provide advocacy, care coordination, and transitional support
  • Deliver trauma-informed care to adults with mental health and substance use disorders
  • Maintain accurate documentation and treatment planning


Requirements
