Title Research Specialist – Field Based | Energy Infrastructure ProjectsSupport critical infrastructure and renewable energy development by researching and verifying land ownership and property rights. This field-based role focuses on title research, land records review, and documentation needed to support right-of-way acquisition for utility and renewable energy projects.Position SummaryThe Title Research Specialist researches property ownership, land rights, and title records to support right-of-way acquisition, land development, and renewable energy projects.
