Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Escrow Assistant to join our team!ย  In this role, you will support escrow officers throughout real estate transactions by handling administrative, customer service, and document coordination tasks to ensure the escrow process moves smoothly from opening to closing.ย 

Responsibilitiesย 
  • Coordinate with other professionals in the real estate industry, including real estate agents and loan officers
  • Review complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions and monitor compliance with contracts
  • Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts
  • Perform administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
  • Previous experience as an Escrow Officer Assistant is preferred but not required
  • Understanding of real estate contracts, the loan process, title insurance, and the escrow process
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
