Description
The Title Processor supports lending operations by accurately managing all incoming and outgoing titles, performing loan file maintenance, and administering the Skip-A-Pay program. This role requires proficiency with the credit union's core system and the ability to provide dual support across loan-related areas. The Title Processor contributes to a needs-based member education culture by identifying opportunities to promote credit union products and services in alignment with DNCU's mission. Success in this position includes strong teamwork, adherence to regulatory and security requirements, and completing all assigned duties to support departmental efficiency.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the applicable core system, including loan and deposit platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records and track incoming and outgoing titles.
  • Administration and maintenance of Skip-A-Pay program.
  • Perform a variety of loan account file maintenance.
  • Provide universal dual support to other loan related areas.
  • Promotes a needs-based member education culture within the department to identify opportunities to promote credit union products and services to live DNCU's mission of improving lives while meeting and/or exceeding established member education goals.
  • Work effectively in a team environment contributing to the success of the department and organization.
  • Comply with all regulations and security procedures and complete all mandatory annual compliance courses.
  • Performs other related job duties as assigned.

Salary
Starting pay: $17.81 -$22.27 hourly, based on qualifications, internal equity, and budget

Requirements
Experience
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education
A high school education or GED.

Physical Requirements
This position is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods while operating a computer and other office equipment.
