Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mount, balance, and install customer wheels and tires
  • Install lift and level kits
  • Operate both computer balancer and tire machine
  • Complete work orders and related paperwork
  • Follow all safety guidelines including vehicle torque policy
  • Update store manager on any needed accessories or tools

Store and Vehicle Appearance:

  • Maintain, organize, and clean shop and equipment
  • Conduct planned maintenance on tools and shop equipment
  • Clean, inspect, and maintain the company vehicle
  • Keep all wheels and tires in showroom rent ready
  • Maintain parking lot and surrounding area
  • Clean and refurbish used wheels/tires to best possible condition

Account Delinquency:

  • Assist accounts manager in field with pick-ups
  • Prepare and stock truck for field visits

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior wheel and tire installation experience
  • Experience working with a computer balancer and tire machine
  • Friendly with good communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds
  • Valid state driverโ€™s license and good driving record
  • Positive attitude towards customers and co-workers
  • Must be bilingual
