What You Will Do

  • Lead the day-to-day workflow of the tire and alignment team to support efficiency, quality, and timely vehicle completion
  • Coordinate with the Service Department to prioritize vehicles requiring tire and alignment services
  • Partner with the Parts Department regarding tire pricing, inventory, availability, and special orders
  • Work closely with technicians to identify vehicles that are ready for tire or alignment work
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and productive tire shop workflow at all times
  • Perform hands-on tire services including mounting, balancing, repairing, replacing, and installing tires and wheels
  • Assist with moving vehicles in and out of the shop as needed to support workflow
  • Process tire claims on behalf of service advisors
  • Inspect vehicles in the service drive to identify tires that may need replacement
  • Communicate with service advisors regarding approved work, recommended services, and upsold tire or alignment jobs
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and report unsafe conditions promptly
  • Support a customer-focused culture by demonstrating professionalism, urgency, and ownership in daily work

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of two years of hands-on tire service experience, including mounting, balancing, repairing, and installing tires
  • Strong understanding of suspension, steering, and alignment fundamentals
  • Ability to identify tire wear patterns and recognize related mechanical issues
  • Experience using tire machines, balancers, alignment equipment, and standard shop tools safely and effectively
  • Ability to organize workflow, coordinate priorities, and support team productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Service, Parts, and technician teams
  • High level of professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and exceptional internal and external customer service
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record required

Pay:ย $25 - $30 per hour + bonuses based on performance.
