What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleets, dealerships, and commercial clients.
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to close sales opportunities.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in Bauer Built’s tire management system.
  • Follow up on leads and orders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the tire center team to coordinate deliveries and meet customer expectations.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and profitability targets with integrity and professionalism.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role (tire or automotive industry preferred)
