What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and prioritize jobs for tire technicians, alignment technicians, and mechanics
- Provide top-tier customer service—respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, complaints, and concerns
- Partner with the sales team daily to promote service packages and drive product sales
- Prepare and manage work orders, capturing full details of service jobs
- Resolve customer issues, ensuring followthrough for a positive experience
- Maintain a clean, safe, and wellorganized work environment by following all safety protocols
What You Bring:
- Previous experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or in customer service preferred
- Strong working knowledge of automotive and tire service processes
- Coordinate effectively with technicians and advisors to drive productivity
- Handle customer escalations and warranty claims with professionalism
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and service management software
- Ability to write clear, accurate repair orders and estimates
- Familiarity with scheduling and service-calendar optimization
