Advanced Retreading Solutions (ARS) is a growing commercial tire retreading facility dedicated to producing high-quality retreaded truck tires through industry-leading equipment, safety, and craftsmanship. We're looking for hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and want a long-term career—not just another job.

Enjoy an early workday! Our team works Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, giving you the rest of your afternoon free.

No previous tire industry experience is required. We provide paid training for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

What You'll Do

As a Production Floor Technician, you'll work throughout the retreading process, which may include:

  • Inspecting commercial truck tire casings
  • Cleaning and preparing tires for production
  • Operating manufacturing and production equipment
  • Buffing tire casings to specification
  • Applying repair materials and tread rubber
  • Assisting with curing and finishing operations
  • Performing quality inspections throughout production
  • Moving materials safely throughout the plant
  • Keeping work areas clean and organized
  • Following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals

No two days are exactly the same, and cross-training opportunities are available throughout the facility.

What We're Looking For

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Dependable attendance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work on your feet throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working around industrial equipment
  • Able to work comfortably in a facility without central air conditioning
  • Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, construction, or industrial experience is helpful but not required
