We want to talk to you. American Tire and Retread is a sub-division of The Graham Companies. Graham Tire began its business in the 1951 in Sioux Falls and has grown from one small shop back then to 18 locations here in teh Upper Midwest. Our employees are our biggest asset. The Tire Retread Associate will start in our back room, the final steps of the retread process. You will be shown how to unload the tires from the chambers, breakdown the envelope and sherlock, quality control the tires, paint them and run them through pressure testing. This position requires the ability to work on your feet on a concrete floor, good hand eye cordination and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally. The right candidate needs to be self motivated as he/she will work independently for long periods of time. This position will also be expected to assist co-workers when needed. This position is full-time Monday through Friday starting at 7am.
