This full-time onsite leadership opportunity is designed for an accomplished commercial tire sales executive with a proven record of accelerating regional growth, strengthening fleet partnerships, and developing high-performing commercial sales organizations throughout Southern California.The selected professional will oversee regional commercial sales operations, mentor outside sales representatives and key account managers, expand strategic fleet relationships, and execute revenue-focused initiatives that increase market share, customer retention, and long-term profitability. This position requires a hands-on leader capable of balancing executive sales strategy with field coaching while maintaining exceptional customer relationships across commercial transportation, logistics, construction, municipal, and industrial markets.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional commercial sales strategies that support sustained revenue and profitability growth.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate commercial sales representatives and key account managers across multiple branch locations.
  • Establish measurable sales objectives and performance expectations while fostering accountability throughout the sales organization.
  • Build and expand long-term relationships with fleet operators, transportation companies, contractors, municipalities, and commercial vehicle operators.
