Job description

Experienced Tire Technician – Custom Wheels & Low-Profile Tires We are looking for an experienced, dependable Tire Technician who is skilled in mounting, balancing, repairing, and installing tires on cars, SUVs, and trucks. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience installing low-profile tires on custom and aftermarket wheels. This position requires patience, attention to detail, and the ability to work carefully around expensive, painted, polished, chrome, and specialty wheels without causing scratches or damage. Job Responsibilities: - Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace tires. - Install low-profile and performance tires on custom and aftermarket wheels. - Safely use tire machines, wheel balancers, jacks, lifts, impact tools, and hand tools. - Inspect tires, wheels, valve stems, lug nuts, and related components. - Properly torque wheels according to manufacturer specifications. - Protect customer vehicles and custom wheels from scratches, dents, and other damage. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. - Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. - Follow all company safety procedures. Qualifications and Physical Requirements: - Previous professional tire installation experience is required. - Experience installing low-profile tires on custom and aftermarket wheels is required. - Must be comfortable working outside in hot weather and direct sunlight. - Must be able to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods. - Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move heavy tires, wheels, tools, and equipment. - Must be dependable, punctual, hardworking, and able to follow instructions. - Must have strong attention to detail and take pride in protecting customers’ vehicles. - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. - A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can handle a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of properly servicing custom wheels and expensive vehicles.
