Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for vehicles? Join our dynamic team as a Tire & Lube Technician, where your skills will make an immediate impact! In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping vehicles running smoothly and safely by performing essential maintenance tasks, from oil changes and tire repairs to brake inspections and minor electrical fixes.
You will:
  • Perform technician duties such as changing oil and oil filters, rotating and balancing tires, repairing flats, and testing/installing batteries.
  • Inspect and replace brakes, handle minor electrical issues such as fuses, and ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
  • Complete and maintain required paperwork, including repair order logs.
  • Respond to spills and accidents promptly, following company procedures and regulations for hazardous materials.
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment by keeping the service area, equipment, and tools organized and meeting all safety standards.
  • Be dependable by adhering to your assigned shift and being punctual.
  • Interact professionally and effectively with customers and team members.
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Technical school graduate.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to maintain it.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments within established timeframes.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand printed materials such as manuals, application guides, and required paperwork.
  • Comfortable working in various conditions, including weather, hazardous materials, and noise.
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • A basic set of hand tools (preferred).
