Asour Counselor/Social Worker, you won't be just an observer; you'll be an activeparticipant in improving lives. Working hand in hand with Bernalillo CountyStaff, Tiny Homes Village Administrator, UNM Program Manager, and CaseManagers, you'll provide essential services. This includes conductingpsychosocial assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans, and leadingempowering individual and group therapy sessions. Your expertise will directlyimpact the healing and personal growth of our residents, particularly thosefacing high-needs challenges, such as Substance Use Disorder and co-occurringMental Health conditions.

Inthis role, we're not just looking for professionals; we're seeking passionateadvocates who embrace innovative approaches like Trauma-Informed CarePractices, Motivational Interviewing, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), andDBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
