- Inventory Organize with FIFO method & Count Inventory Accurately
- Daily Thorough Inspection and Assign Tasks as needed to the team.
- Maintain Drive Thru Timer as per set standards without compromising the Quality of Products & Service
- Train Shift Leaders with Regular Follow-ups and Feedbacks
- Implement Team Working Culture
- Positively manage the short staffed situation and search for the cover
- Waste Elimination by reviewing the food prep and baking sheet on a weekly basis
- Regular deep cleaning service & calibration of operation equipments
- Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with Dunkin' brand regulations.
