Full-Time | Annual Salary: $55,000–$58,000 (commensurate with experience)
Lead Two Distinct Dining Experiences at a Hilton Hotel
The Founders Inn amp; Spa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our Swan Terrace Restaurant and The Commonwealth Lounge.
Located inside The Founders Inn amp; Spa, these two unique dining outlets offer exceptional experiences for hotel guests, local patrons, weddings, conferences, and special events. Key Responsibilities
As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of both Swan Terrace Restaurant and The Commonwealth Lounge by:
  • Leading all front-of-house restaurant operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing restaurant team members.
  • Creating staff schedules based on business demands while managing labor costs.
  • Conducting daily pre-shift meetings to communicate service expectations, menu updates, VIP guests, and operational priorities.
  • Ensuring Hilton brand standards and The Founders Inn service standards are consistently achieved.
  • Monitoring food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Partnering with the Culinary team to ensure timely, high-quality food service.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, controlling costs, and maintaining profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company policies.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
  • Supporting hotel events and collaborating with other departments to create exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications amp; Experience
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a hotel, upscale restaurant, or resort environment.
  • Has experience managing multiple restaurant outlets or high-volume dining operations.
  • Is a strong leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Demonstrates exceptional guest service and problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Understands labor management, inventory control, and financial performance.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Has experience with restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs.
  • Holiday availability is required, as both restaurant outlets operate during holidays and peak business periods
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hospitality Management or Business degree preferred.
  • Hilton or branded hotel experience is a plus.
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
Physical Requirements
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds (with assistance when necessary), and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
