Tier One Property Services, L.L.C (TOPS) is a minority-owned facility services provider of commercial janitorial, building maintenance and specialty property services, our customers can expect high standards of quality, professional process, and proficient motivated workforce for TOPS

Job Skills / Requirements

Production Support duties include driving new automobiles through the repair and shipping processes, applying protective shipping wrap to new automobiles, and applying grounding strips to bumpers before being painted. A valid driver's license, with the ability to drive a manual transmission automobile is preferred. Other duties to support the repair and shipping process of new automobiles may be added at any time.

2nd shift hours are 4:30pm to 1am. $18.00 per hour to start, with an additional $1.00 on the hour attendance bonus possible each pay period for perfect attendance ($19.00 per hour total).

Honda Christmas Shutdown is paid, for those associates who qualify. PTO and Holiday pay starts after 90 days of service for full time associates.

We can look at full time or part time positions, as well as weekend only part time positions, which would start at $17.00 on 1st shift, and $19.00 on 2nd shift.
