Job description

TEKsystems is hiring Member Service Representatives to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola area!

Job Description:

  • To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation
  • Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
  • Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts
  • Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction
  • Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/ GED required
  • 2-3 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills
  • High speed internet (fiber optic or cable service, T Mobile is not compatible)

Schedule:

Training: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm (FULLY ONSITE for the first 6-8 weeks)

Shifts available after training: Monday-Saturday OR Sunday-Friday (Will have one weekend day off and one rotating off day during the week), 2:00pm - 11:30pm, 3:00pm - 12:30am, 5:00pm - 2:30am

  • Must have a 9.5 hour window of flexibility to be able to work
  • Schedules are provided two weeks in advance
  • Opportunity to work hybrid after training if internet requirements are met

Pay Rate: $19.75/hour
