Full-Time Position in Penrose, Colorado. Position will remain open until filled. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inquiries, resolve service issues, and provide expert guidance with a friendly and professional attitude. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-tier service to residents, businesses, and municipalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with new service setups, account inquiries, billing questions, and service changes.
  • Process billing inquiries and payments.
  • Ensure all customer service activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and work to find effective solutions.
