Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our multi-line MGA operations. This role focuses on policy servicing and client support. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working across multiple insurance lines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Strong customer service or administrative support experience in any industry (call center, financial services, retail leadership, hospitality, office administration, etc.).
Expectations:
  • This position is fully in-office, five days per week. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
  • This role follows a structured daily schedule. Each schedule includes a one-hour unpaid lunch and requires 8 hours of work per day. Once selected, start and end times are consistent and not flexible day-to-day. Employees work one of the following fixed schedules:
      • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
      • 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
      • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality-especially during the first 30 days-are essential requirements of this role.
