Job description

The Tie is a leading provider of Intelligence, infrastructure, advisory, and communication solutions that power institutional participation in digital assets.  We serve hundreds of the world's largest institutions through The Tie Terminal and our data APIs, provide institutional staking solutions, offer investor relations services to leading token issuers, and license data feeds to crypto exchanges and platforms. 

One of our fastest-growing businesses is Corporate Access, the premier platform for protocols to gain exposure, build credibility, and secure relationships with the world's most influential institutions.  We connect protocols with institutional investors through four annual flagship events and direct connectivity opportunities.

The Position

As Relationship Manager, you are responsible for developing strong relationships and supporting leading digital asset protocols participating in The Tie's Corporate Access platform.  You will serve as one of the primary points of contact, communicating key information and supporting their engagement with institutions.

In the role, you will work cross-functionally with leadership and the events team to deliver a seamless client experience, while proactively identifying opportunities for deeper engagement.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the digital asset ecosystem - including both protocols and institutional participants - along with relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for The Tie's corporate access clients, delivering exceptional relationship management and support
  • Provide a high-touch, white-glove client experience, ensuring client needs are anticipated and exceeded
  • Manage and execute The Tie Innovator Webinar Series, including planning, coordination, and client engagement
  • Assist in connecting protocols with relevant institutional partners through thoughtful, strategic introductions aligned with their core objectives
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across all client interactions, deliverables, and internal coordination
  • Track client activity, feedback, and engagement to inform relationship strategy and growth opportunities
  • Cultivate strong, active relationships with institutional clients and partners to effectively identify and facilitate meaningful introductions between them and our protocol clients

Requirements

  • Full-time client-facing work experience, working with crypto protocols and/or institutional investors
  • Proven experience in relationship management or client-facing roles, preferably within crypto, fintech, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, digital assets, blockchain protocols, and institutional crypto landscape
  • A solid understanding of crypto, including DeFi, RWAs, smart-contract protocols, and other industry sectors is highly preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with clients 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and experiences
  • Passionate about digital assets a major plus
