The Role:
  • Ensure the safety of the both guests and venue/tour staff
  • Assist in pat down, searches, wanding, and ticket scanning of anyone who enters the venue. Also, operating detection devices (walk thru metal detectors and wands) as needed
  • Search bags, purses, wristlets, etc. for non-permitted items
  • Be aware of any suspicious items
  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance, ability to make independent and good judgement decisions within proper policy and procedures.
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and lifting and carrying 30 lbs+
  • Control any unruly patron who might cause harm to anyone
  • Provide a safe environment for guests and staff member
  • Help with the removal of any debris after the guests have exited the venue
  • Follow all state and local health guidelines as directed by the CDC
  • Working in an outside rain or shine event venue
  • Displaying the "Heart of Service" positive attitude
