Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Support Technician in Beloit, WI. This role serves as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues and is responsible for providing Tier 1 support primarily over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Support users with Active Directory account management, including password resets, account unlocks, and basic user administration.
  • Diagnose and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Assist with printer troubleshooting, desktop support, and peripheral device issues.
  • Support mobile devices, Office 365 applications, Windows operating systems, and related technologies.
  • Respond to network-related issues and coordinate with infrastructure teams when outages or connectivity problems occur.
  • Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely support.
  • Follow established service desk procedures, SLAs, and escalation paths.
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support experience.
  • Basic experience with Active Directory administration.

Pay and Benefits
