A healthcare provider in the Medical Center of Houston is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team. This person's day will consist of 70% ticket support: resolving 10-30 tickets a day, monitoring ticket que, etc. They will work with their lead on a day to day basis to help resolve any fires and manage expectations from their customers. 30% other duties such as reimaging Windows machines, assistance with the upgrade and break/fix repair.


Must-haves

2-5 years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician
Hands on field technical support
Experience reimaging Windows machines
Expert in troubleshooting outlook applications
Experience working with a ticketing system to resolve a technical issues
Customer centric, can-do attitude
Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and high character


Pay: $18-26/hr depending on experience
