About the Role:

Greyhound Lines, Flix is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Agent to join our team in Sparks, NV! In this role, you'll be the face of one of the most iconic transportation brands in the country, helping travelers get where they need to go with ease and confidence. Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with ticketing, reservations, and travel inquiries at the terminal

Provide accurate information regarding schedules, routes, fares, and policies

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds using point-of-sale systems

Coordinate with boarding and operations staff to ensure on-time departures

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer service area

Assist passengers with special needs, baggage questions and general travel support

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume or stressful situations

Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale or ticketing systems

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Bilingual candidates are a plus
