Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of sales enablement initiatives and ticket operations processes for the Ticket Sales & Service department. Serves as a liaison between Ticket Sales, Ticket Operations, and other internal departments to ensure the efficient execution of ticketing processes, sales technology, and operational workflows. Coordinates departmental projects, assists with sales technology administration, supports back-end ticket operations, and helps optimize internal processes that drive revenue and customer experience. Performs routine work with guidance from department leadership while developing expertise in ticketing systems, sales enablement tools, and operational best practices.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Supports the execution of sales enablement initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Ticket Sales & Service department.
  • Serves as a primary liaison between Ticket Sales & Service and Ticket Operations to support ticketing initiatives, on-sales, and operational workflows.
  • Assists with the administration and day-to-day support of sales technology platforms including Salesforce and other departmental systems.
  • Coordinates sales technology resources, documentation, training materials, and internal best practices for department users.
  • Assists with testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of new sales technology tools, enhancements, and system updates.
  • Performs sales order quality control and internal audits to ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and a positive customer experience.
  • Supports ticket operations through execution of back-end ticketing processes including account maintenance, quality assurance, and other operational projects.
  • Coordinates with Ticket Operations on event on-sales and other ticketing initiatives impacting the sales organization.
  • Assists with maintaining departmental process documentation and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assists with departmental budget tracking, purchase requests, invoices, and expense reconciliation as needed.
  • Supports departmental reporting requests, data validation, and administrative projects as assigned.
  • Assists with game-day sales operations and department initiatives, including working nights, weekends, and special events as business needs require.
  • Handles special projects related to the department as assigned.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications/Expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in ticketing, sales operations, customer service, or project coordination preferred.
  • Experience in professional sports or live entertainment is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with CRM and ticketing platforms such as Salesforce and Archtics preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple departments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
