POSITION: Ticket Seller
DEPARTMENT: Ticket Office
REPORTS TO: Ticket Office Supervisor
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt (Hourly / Part-Time)

THE ROLE

The Ticket Seller is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Ticket Office, including ticket sales, cash handling, and customer service for events at the venue. This role ensures accurate financial transactions and delivers a positive experience to all guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Open and/or close ticket windows during scheduled business hours
  • Sell tickets for events at the venue using ticketing systems
  • Accurately process cash and electronic transactions
  • Reconcile cash drawer with daily ticket sales
  • Prepare and transfer daily revenue to the vault in accordance with procedures
  • Generate and complete daily ticket sales reports
  • Maintain and file records, reports, and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons in person and via phone
  • Perform general clerical duties and other tasks as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma / GED

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
