Tiello is proud to be partnered with a leading commercial roofing and building envelope contractor known for delivering high-quality reroof, restoration, and new construction projects across the region. With an established reputation for safety, performance, and customer satisfaction, the company continues to expand its project portfolio and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

Role Summary:

The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial roofing projects from bid through closeout, ensuring each job is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This individual will serve as the key liaison between clients, field teams, and leadership, driving communication, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all assigned projects.

Project Types:

Commercial, industrial, institutional, and multifamily roofing projects โ€” including reroofs, new construction, and roof restoration involving TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and coating systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to final closeout, including budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders.
  • Oversee field operations and ensure quality installation, safety compliance, and efficiency on all job sites.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and responsive service.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and progress billings.
  • Conduct project meetings with field staff, foremen, and superintendents to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Prepare cost projections, track margins, and identify opportunities for improved profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with Estimators, Operations Managers, and Service Teams to ensure project accuracy and smooth handoffs.
  • Manage warranty documentation, punch lists, and ensure all work meets specifications and customer expectations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to field crews, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
  • Strong knowledge of single-ply, BUR, modified bitumen, and coating systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and construction documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
Compensation:

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience + performance bonuses + company vehicle or allowance + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays).
