Who You'll Do:
  • Handle fulfillment of transactions placed on the TickPick platform
  • Oversee the fulfillment of ticket sales to ensure delivery that follows TickPick’s SOP
  • Cancel, replace, or refund ticket sales as needed
  • Take action on unconfirmed and rejected orders within a timely manner
  • Submit and oversee retransfer requests
  • Make outbound calls and send email follow ups to buyers/sellers to assist with handing fulfillment needs
  • Understand the various transfer platforms and transfer tickets when needed
  • Complete related tasks as assigned by the Fulfillment Manager
  • Work closely with the Broker Relations department to identify low performing sellers, and resolve issues as they arise
  • Quick decision making regarding the cancellation or replacement of unfulfilled sales of an unlimited dollar amount
  • Arbitrating fulfillment disputes between buyers and sellers

Requirements

  • Must be located in New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee or Oregon
  • This is a full-time position (40 hours / 5 days a week) that requires you to work weekends and nights.
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 1+ years of operational experience
  • Highly skilled at multitasking
  • Clear communicator
  • Technologically savvy, proficient in using: Ticketing software, G-Suite, Google Sheets / Excel
  • Ticketing experience is a plus

The estimated pay range for this role, based in New York City, is $45,000 - $52,000 ($22-$25 per hour). Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
