Ripley's Believe It or Not! World Entertainment is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Admissions team as Ticket Sellers. We specialize in creating unforgettable experiences for families and visitors from around the world—and we want you to be part of the fun!

No experience? No problem! We provide excellent training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As an Admissions Ticket Seller, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a great first impression.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests as they approach the ticket counter
  • Providing information on attraction pricing, packages, and promotions
  • Processing ticket sales using a point-of-sale system
  • Promoting combination packages and attraction upgrades
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming ticket booth area
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to every guest
  • Assisting other team members as needed to ensure a great guest experience
